- The registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks during the two-day seminar.
- Dinner has an extra cost of 20,000 Ch$, which must be indicated in the electronic registration form.
- Students have to apply for a reduced fee. A copy of the Certificate of Enrolment (certificado de alumno regular) or a scanned copy of the Student Card has to be enclosed as an attachment in the registration form. Afterwards it will be received the registration with the reduced fee, if it belongs.

Cancellations
- If a participant wishes to cancel a previously submitted registration, a written request to this effect must be sent to CCT-UDT e-mail.
- Cancellations received up to 1 month prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be charged.
